Every Aura™ is wrapped by hand and sent with care. Here is everything you need to know about getting yours — and what happens if it is not quite right.

Shipping

• Complimentary express delivery on every order, always.
• Dispatch — orders placed before 2pm CET ship the same business day.
• Delivery — typically 2–5 business days, depending on your destination.
• Tracking — you will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our studio.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 60 nights to decide. If The Aura™ is not right for you, return it for a full refund — see our 60-Night Trial for the full promise.

• Returns are free; we arrange the courier.
• No restocking fees, and no awkward questions.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, contact our concierge within 14 days and we will make it right immediately.
