The Aura™ is built to last for years of evenings. A little care keeps it glowing — and our warranty is here for the rare moment something is not right.

Caring for your Aura™

• After each use — wipe the inner silicone shell with the included microfibre cloth. No harsh cleansers needed.
• The silk strap is gently hand-washable; lay flat to dry.
• Charging — rest it on its dock between rituals. A full charge powers many sessions.
• Storage — keep it in its silk pouch, away from direct sunlight and moisture. The dock is designed to be left out beautifully.
• Please avoid — submerging the device, abrasive cleaners, or charging with a damaged cable.

Our two-year warranty

Every Aura™ is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If your device develops a fault under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the LEDs, controller, battery, or housing.
• Faults that appear under normal, intended use.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, or liquid damage.
• Normal cosmetic wear, or damage from unauthorised repairs.
